Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable. We want to tell you about the infection control procedures we follow in our practice to keep patients and staff safe.

Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. We do this to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agencies’ recommendations.

You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment.

WELLNESS CHECK

We ask every patient to reschedule if they have any signs of illness within the past week. We also send our patients a wellness check 24 hours prior to your visit to ensure everyone we are caring for is healthy at the time of service.

MOBILE CHECK-IN

Our patients are asked to remain in their car and either call OR text our office to let us know they have arrived. We meet each patient at the door when it is time for their appointment, notifying them by phone. We greet our patients with proper protection on and even open the door for you.

PROTECTION BEFORE ENTRY

Prior to entering the practice, each patient and their guest if applicable, have their temperature taken and are provided hand sanitizer. This ensures our patient’s protection and our team prior to treatment.

We’ve eliminated hand to hand contact with our patients and enter the patient’s room with proper protection prior to beginning treatment. Our goal is simple,to maintain our commitment to wellness while providing our patient’s with the very best in dental care.

With mobile payments or chairside pay, our team offers our patients a single place for checkout helping to eliminate social contact and provide distance. We even schedule our patients next visits from the comfort of the treatment room. Patients can even pay their previous bill online through our website by clicking on the green $ icon labeled “Pay My Bill”.
